User Roles

• Requesters: Businesses or individuals seeking transportation services.
• Transporters: Companies or freelance drivers offering shipment solutions.

Service Scope
RBT acts solely as a marketplace and mediator. The actual transportation of goods is performed by third-party Transporters. All service agreements are formed directly between Requesters and Transporters.

User Obligations

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with transportation laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate shipment details.
• Settle payments on time.

Payment Terms

• Payments are securely processed via RBT would be through an authorized payment gateway from the Saudi central bank
• RBT is not liable for disputes arising outside its platform.

Platform Usage Rules
Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to disrupt platform operations or security.

Limitation of Liability
RBT is not liable for:

• Transport delays, damages, or losses.
• Disputes between Requesters and Transporters.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

Account Termination
RBT reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.

Modifications
RBT may update these Terms at any time. Continued platform usage indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
